The name “Chez Nguyễn” reflects both our family and our passion for Vietnamese cuisine. In French, “Chez” means “at the home of”, and Nguyễn is our family name — one of the most common surnames in Vietnam. Together, Chez Nguyễn means “At the home of the Nguyễn family”. We chose this name because we want every guest to feel welcomed into our home, treated like family, and to enjoy meals made with love and tradition.
